Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the komplyon.io website and the Komplyon waitlist (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Velqor (Turkey). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply only to the public website and waitlist. Use of the Komplyon product, once available, will be governed by separate terms.

2. Waitlist participation

By submitting your email and company information, you request to be notified when Komplyon becomes available. We may use the information you provide to evaluate fit, communicate launch news, and offer early-access opportunities. You may unsubscribe and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@komplyon.io.

3. No contract or guarantee

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a binding contract for the provision of the Komplyon product, nor does it guarantee access, pricing, or feature availability. We reserve the right to change product scope, pricing, and launch timing at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual property

All content on komplyon.io — including logos, copy, designs, and code — is owned by Velqor or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent, except for normal browsing and personal evaluation.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velqor disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these Terms is the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers resident in the European Economic Area, any mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law remain unaffected.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
